What the form collects
Your name, business name, callback phone number and whether you have a Google Business Profile. A referral code and the page where you started may accompany the request.
What happens to it
We use the information to call you back about your website and to manage the work if you choose to go ahead. It is not sold, rented or added to a mailing list.
Here is where a request goes once you press send:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website, passes the request to our form handler.
- The handler, which runs on Netlify, adds your name, business name, phone number and answers to the private Airtable spreadsheet we use to track leads and projects.
- Airtable emails a copy to the inbox at info@dialworth.com. Site Squared SRQ shares that inbox and its phone line with DialWorth, an associated company under the same ownership.
Cloudflare and Netlify may also keep standard technical records, such as server logs, to run and protect the site.
Browser storage and measurement
A referral code can be kept in session storage while you browse, then included with the form. Your form answers are not saved in browser storage. This site does not load analytics, advertising trackers or chat widgets.
Questions or deletion requests
To ask about a request you sent, or to have it deleted from the spreadsheet and the inbox, email info@dialworth.com, call (941) 404-8662, or use the inquiry form. Please do not send payment card details, passwords or other sensitive personal information through the form.
